Staged in the round to convey a sense of gathering to an all-virtual audience, this production of the bull-jean stories lands at the crossroads of ritual and storytelling. Inspired by the four elements, assemblage art, Black quilting traditions and Yoruba altars, niches populated with symbolic materials orbit around a central suspended quilt frame and support the Storyweaver's tales of bull-jean's life and loves.
